An alternative solution to the new construction of a road from Vinnytske Shose, 18 to Vinnytske Shose in the city of Khmelnytskyi may be to use the existing street and road network of the city to provide transport connections with the territory of the industrial park. However, the existing network does not provide direct and safe access to the territory of promising development, which will lead to congestion of nearby streets, increased transport costs and a decrease in the investment attractiveness of the territory. In this regard, the new construction of the road is the optimal solution that will ensure proper transport accessibility of the industrial park, relieve existing streets and create conditions for the economic development of the community.
