The building is operated without insulation.
To improve the living conditions of IDPs, implement energy saving measures, and reduce energy consumption (compliance with sanitary and hygienic requirements, elimination of existing defects), there is an urgent need to perform the following works:- roof overhang;- facade insulation;- basement insulation;- decoration and covering of pits;- installation of gutters.
