Given the current situation in the Kherson region, the reconstruction of existing non-residential premises located in existing multi-apartment residential buildings with a total area of 492 m2 is the most appropriate and economically sound solution for providing temporary housing for specialists in various fields. This approach complies with current regulatory documents, minimizes safety risks during work and allows for an operational solution to the housing issue without the implementation of capital-intensive new construction projects.

The reconstruction of the heat point is technically feasible, economically justified and aimed at increasing the energy efficiency, reliability and environmental safety of the building's heat supply system, which will lead to a reduction in heat energy consumption by 20-30% due to the introduction of automatic weather-based regulation, elimination of excess coolant consumption and optimization of the hydraulic regime, reduction of coolant losses by 15-20% due to the replacement of worn-out pipelines, fittings and installation of modern sealing elements, reduction of electricity consumption for circulation pumps by 10-15% due to the use of energy-efficient pump units with frequency regulation, improvement of the uniformity of heat supply to consumers by up to 90-95% ensuring the regulatory temperature parameters(instead of 60-70% before the reconstruction), reduction of maintenance and repair costs by 15-20% by 20-25% due to reduced accident rates and increased equipment reliability.
