The reconstruction of the heat point is technically feasible, economically justified and aimed at increasing the energy efficiency, reliability and environmental safety of the building's heat supply system, which will lead to a reduction in heat energy consumption by 20-30% due to the introduction of automatic weather-based regulation, elimination of excess coolant consumption and optimization of the hydraulic regime, reduction of coolant losses by 15-20% due to the replacement of worn pipelines, fittings and installation of modern sealing elements, reduction of electricity consumption for circulation pumps by 10-15% due to the use of energy-efficient pump units with frequency control, improvement of the uniformity of heat supply to consumers by up to 90-95% ensuring the regulatory temperature parameters

Construction of a shelter for 450 people. The spatial planning and design solutions, special and other engineering equipment, systems and life support facilities of the protective structure will comply with building codes and regulatory legal acts, and will provide a barrier-free adapted environment for children with special educational needs. The walls and floor of the structure and combined coverings bordering the ground will be insulated. Heating will be provided by wall-mounted electric converters. The shelter building will be equipped with supply and exhaust units with recuperators. The bathrooms will have exhaust ventilation with mechanical drive with automatic regulation, air conditioning from split systems. Provision of the protective structure with special and other engineering equipment, systems and life support facilities. Furnishing and equipping the premises of the "underground school", namely: classrooms, sanitary rooms, a medical station, a cafeteria, a staff room, additional rooms that will ensure the operation of the shelter (rooms for containers for placing food and drinking water containers, and external tanks for sewage, food, etc.)
