Construction of a remote self-contained shelter outside the school grounds
The alternative solution involves the new construction of a civil defense protective structure (shelter) on the territory of the Maloleksandrivska Gymnasium as a separately located facility intended for sheltering students, teaching staff and staff of the institution during emergencies of a military and technogenic nature. The proposed structure is designed as an anti-radiation shelter with autonomous operation for up to 48 hours and a calculated capacity of 265 people, ensuring the necessary conditions for the continuous educational process, medical support, sanitary and hygienic needs and the stay of persons with disabilities and low-mobility groups. The solution involves the arrangement of life support systems (ventilation, water supply, drainage, power supply, emergency lighting), engineering protection, fire safety and accessibility in accordance with the current building codes of Ukraine. At the same time, the implementation of the alternative option requires significant capital expenditures, a long design cycle, examination, and construction and installation work, and also does not allow the use of the existing premises of the institution for shelter and educational needs, which reduces the economic and time efficiency of the project implementation compared to the basic solution.

Construction of a remote self-contained shelter outside the school grounds
The construction of a new underground dual-purpose protective structure at the Veliko Oleksandrivsky Lyceum is a vital step for the safety of students and ensuring the continuous educational process in conditions of military threat. The designed structure will not only serve as a shelter with a high level of protection (PRU group P-6 for 720 people), but will also become a modern educational and cultural space in peacetime. It provides rooms for classes, creativity, watching films, shooting ranges, places for storing materials and organizing short-term events. During an emergency, the structure will guarantee 48 hours of autonomous stay in safe conditions, with everything necessary: bathrooms, a cafeteria, a first-aid post, and engineering infrastructure. The implementation of this project is critically important for the community, because it is not only about comfort, but also about preserving the lives of our children, teachers, and residents in the event of a threat.

Current repairs and emergency restoration work on the existing main pressure water pipeline between the village of Tverdomedove and the village of Bila Krynytsia
The project provides for the reconstruction of the main pressure water supply pipeline between the village of Tverdomedove and the village of Bila Krynytsia of the Velikooleksandrivska settlement territorial community of the Beryslav district of the Kherson region. The reconstruction is being carried out due to the wear and tear of the existing water supply system and the need to replace the pipeline and shut-off valves. The technical solution provides for the laying of the main water supply pipeline from polyethylene pipes PE100 SDR11 with a diameter of 110 mm and 90 mm with a total length of 11,195 m, the arrangement of water supply wells, as well as the installation of two water towers of the Rozhnov type with a volume of 25 m³. Construction is being carried out in one turn. The design solutions are developed in compliance with the requirements for strength, reliability, durability, operational safety, ecology, energy saving, fire and technogenic safety, sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population and accessibility for low-mobility groups. The implementation of the project ensures the restoration of the main pressure water supply and its further safe operation in accordance with current regulatory requirements.
