The alternative solution involves a complete reconstruction of the building, transforming it into a residential complex with modern engineering systems, inclusive access, landscaping and the arrangement of 74 apartments for internally displaced persons. As part of the reconstruction, work will be carried out on engineering networks (heating, water supply, sewage, electricity supply, ventilation, fire alarm), the arrangement of parking lots, playgrounds and green areas. This solution allows you to fully meet the needs of the community in housing for IDPs and ensures modern standards of safety and comfort of living.

Construction of a new radiation shelter for the Municipal Institution "Chemuzhiv Lyceum"
The shelter capacity is designed for 320 people. Overhaul of the protective structure is planned according to an individual project, which has a positive expert report. The protective structure is classified as a CC2 consequence class and a fire resistance level II, group P-4. The area of common areas (including auxiliary areas) of the shelter is 860.6 m2. The protective structure of civil defense provides for the presence of functional groups of premises (five main premises, a room for heating food; rooms for storing food; sanitary and hygienic premises, etc.), accessibility of the protective structure for low-mobility groups of the population (including a lift for MGN), replacement of engineering networks with their subsequent connection to the existing networks of the lyceum.
