The project is aimed at creating equal, proper and safe conditions for obtaining education, organizing a safe educational environment for participants in the educational process in preschool educational institutions in Kharkiv. The new construction of a civil defense protective structure in a preschool educational institution is carried out taking into account the requirements of legislation on fire safety, requirements for the required number of evacuation exits, the availability of water supply, drainage, ventilation, heating, lighting, the Internet, primary medical care facilities, accessibility for low-mobility groups of the population, in particular people with disabilities. The designed structure is designed to shelter students, teaching staff and employees of the preschool institution, to ensure protection from dangerous factors during emergencies and in special periods.
