The project provides for a complete modernization of the boiler house to provide consumers with high-quality and reliable heat supply services (heating and hot water supply), as well as to increase the energy efficiency of the heat supply system, reduce emissions, and reduce heat energy losses. The project includes the implementation of: construction works – overhaul of the boiler house building, arrangement of foundations for main and auxiliary equipment; installation work - installation of equipment, installation of gas ducts and chimneys, laying of pipelines, arrangement of heating and ventilation of the boiler room, etc.; electrical installation work (power supply and lighting); installation of control and measuring instruments, automation and dispatching equipment. The purpose of the boiler house reconstruction is to increase energy efficiency and reliability of heat supply by introducing modern energy equipment. It is planned to completely replace outdated boiler equipment with new water-heating boilers with a total thermal capacity of 30 MW, which will significantly increase the efficiency of thermal energy production and reduce fuel consumption. To ensure heat supply to consumers in the boiler room, it is planned to install three modern gas-fired water boilers manufactured by the KOLVI company, model KOLVI-8000R, each with a thermal capacity of 8 MW. To ensure the hydraulic operating modes of the boiler room, it is planned to install Wilo pumps: 3 Atmos GIGA-B 80/190-45/2 mains pumps 2 recirculating boiler pumps IPLI 65/120-0.37/4 And GRUNDFOS pumps: 2 network pumps NV 65-125/144 2 network pumps NV50-200/210 2 pumping stations HYDRO MULTI-E 2 CRE 10-5 Water heating for DHW will be carried out by two heat exchangers (two-stage system). A closed-type compensation tank will be installed to compensate for pressure in the heating system. Implementation of an automated dispatch control and management system with connection to a central dispatch center, which will ensure operational process management, control of operating parameters, and rapid response in case of emergency situations. In addition, the project involves major repairs to buildings damaged by missile strikes, as well as the installation of heating and ventilation systems in the boiler room.
