An apartment building that suffered significant damage as a result of military operations and is subject to major repairs is located at 41 Krychevsky St. in the Kyiv Administrative District of Kharkiv. As a result of the impact of weapons into the building, the external enclosing structures of the building (windows, doors, roof, etc.) were destroyed. The building is currently in operation. The detailed project for major repairs provides for: - dismantling of all damaged structures; - restoration of destroyed and damaged external and internal wall panels; - restoration of damaged and destroyed internal structures of the building; - restoration of damaged parapets; - installation of a new roof made of rolled material; - restoration of elements of entrance groups, including the entrance to the basement; - replacement of destroyed and damaged window and door fillings with metal-plastic window blocks and balcony doors with double-glazed windows; - partial restoration of the facade decoration; - replacement of entrance doors to apartments and interior doors in public areas; - replacement of insulation of the technical floor; - restoration of damaged and destroyed interior decoration in public areas of the building; - restoration of engineering networks; - replacement of destroyed elevator equipment. The detailed design provides for measures for reliability and safety, protection of building structures from corrosion, grounding and lightning protection. The design solutions take into account the requirements for compliance with standards for creating an unobstructed living environment for people with disabilities and other low-mobility groups, namely: ensuring unobstructed access to the elevator hall of the first floor and the elevator itself by installing lifts from the ground surface to elevation 0.000; ensuring the needs of visually impaired people by installing signs in Braille at the entrance to the building and on each floor indicating the floor and entrance to the building.
