The project involves the reconstruction of the hydraulic circuit of the station through the implementation of a frequency control system.
The main activities include:
Installation of 14 frequency converters (VFD) on electric motors with a capacity of 250 kW to 710 kW (pumps and fans).
Installation of a new transformer substation 2KTPN-1000 (2x1000 kVA) to provide power.
Replacement of power equipment: complete dismantling of outdated insulators, current transformers and circuit breakers in 6.3 kV cells with the subsequent installation of new vacuum circuit breakers (e.g. Schneider Electric) and modern measuring instruments.
Automation and digitalization: use of microprocessor protection terminals MRZS-F2G12 and integration into the plant-wide SCADA system via industrial routers Teltonika for remote monitoring and control.
