Installation of a modular (prefabricated) protective structure
An alternative technical solution is to use the existing basement of the lyceum and overhaul it to arrange the simplest shelter. The advantages of this solution: use of existing infrastructure without the need to allocate additional land; cost-effectiveness compared to the construction of a new building; rapid commissioning of the shelter, which allows students to organize in-person education in safe conditions; long-term operation of the basement.
