The project involves a major overhaul of the catering unit - the recipient of ready-made food from the kitchen factory. The catering unit will be re-equipped with the following: a zone for receiving and storing chilled products, a zone for short-term storage and issuing used thermoboxes; a zone for heating up finished products; a zone for washing and storing tableware; a zone for issuing ready-made dishes; a zone for distributing the food line in the dining hall; a dining hall zone; a hand-washing zone; a service and household zone.
