This project is aimed at creating a modern, safe and energy-efficient space for catering. Updating the material and technical base will allow for quick and high-quality preparation of meals in the institution, in accordance with the requirements of the food safety management system (HACCP), comply with sanitary and hygienic requirements, expand the range of dishes, increase the productivity of the canteen staff, reduce water and electricity consumption, and allow students to eat healthy, high-quality and tasty food. The project provides for a major overhaul without changing the external geometric parameters of the building, without redevelopment and interference with the main structural scheme of the building. The catering unit and the "basic kitchen" dining room, which are located on the first floor of a three-story building, are subject to major repairs. The project includes the repair of walls, floors and ceilings, partial replacement of windows, replacement of doors, installation of technological equipment in the school part of the catering unit and dining room.
