Ceiling repairs are planned by cleaning them from lime paint, filling the joints of the panels with repair building mixtures, puttying, priming and lime painting. Floor repairs are planned by installing waterproofing on a concrete base, installing a new leveling screed and ceramic tile covering, and installing a new base, waterproofing, screed and ceramic tile covering on adobe covering. A complete replacement of the electrical wiring with the installation of sockets is planned. Installation of new lighting. A complete replacement of sanitary fixtures of washbasins and toilets, Genoa bowls and supply and exhaust ventilation is being carried out. The overhaul is planned without changing the external geometric parameters of the building, without redevelopment and interference with the main structural scheme of the building.
