The project involves the implementation of: «Reconstruction (thermal modernization) of the building of the therapeutic building of the KNP KMR «Konotop Central Regional Hospital named after Akad. M. Davydov» at the address: Sumy region, Konotop, M. Amosova st., 5».«Reconstruction (thermal modernization) of the building of the gynecological building of the KNP KMR «Konotop Central Regional Hospital named after Akad. M. Davydov» at the address: Sumy region, Konotop city, Mykola Amosova street, 7». The comprehensive thermal modernization of the therapeutic building includes:- strengthening the external walls of the building in accordance with the Technical Inspection Report;- insulation of the walls of the building;- insulation of the basement;- insulation of the underground part of the walls;- insulation of the combined ceiling (ceiling above the staircases);- insulation of the technical floor;- replacement of all windows with energy-efficient ones with repair of internal slopes, with replacement of window drains and window sills;- replacement of all external doors;- repair of porches;- installation of a new waterproofing layer of the roof;- installation of a hybrid solar power plant on the roof of the building and a solar system;- reconstruction of the building's heating system with the installation of an ITP with a weather regulator and a circulation pump in the basement of the building;- ventilation on the 1st-5th floors of the building in bathrooms;- installation of bathrooms for low-mobility groups on each floor;- replacement of the elevator;- installation of handrails in the hospital corridors;- installation of a civil defense protective structure in the basement of the building.- installation of a lightning protection system;- installation of an automatic alarm system, a fire alarm system, and a system for transmitting alarm notifications. The comprehensive thermal modernization of the gynecological building includes:- insulation of the external walls of the building;- insulation of the basement;- insulation of the ceiling between the fourth and technical floors;- replacement of all window blocks with energy-efficient ones;- replacement of all external and internal entrance doors at the entrances to the building;- repair of porches, installation of canopies over porches;- repair of the roof;- installation of a hybrid solar power plant on the roof of the building and a solar system;- installation of a lightning protection system;- repair of the building's heating system with replacement of the heating system with the ability to regulate the temperature regime according to premises, installation of a new ITP; - restoration of the interior decoration of the premises, which will likely be damaged after the repair/replacement of engineering networks; - repair of the basement for use as a simple shelter.
