The reception department and the department of anesthesiology and intensive care are located on the 1st floor of building No. 1 (hospital building with a catering unit) of the municipal non-profit enterprise "Kostopil Multidisciplinary Hospital of Intensive Care" of the Kostopil City Council at the address: 52A Stepanska St., Kostopil, Rivne District, Rivne Region. The proposed solution provides for the reconstruction of the reception department and the department of anesthesiology and intensive care, in accordance with the agreed general plan and the layout of technological equipment. It is envisaged: partial redevelopment of the premises of the departments in accordance with the agreed scheme to create better conditions for patients in the departments; reconstruction, without changing the main parameters of the building, of the existing entrance to the medical building for quick and unhindered transportation of patients by ambulances, and the arrangement of a ramp for the needs of low-mobility population groups; restoration of existing entrances to the departments to be reconstructed. Electricity supply - from the electrical panel building of building No. 1 after the metering unit. The power reserve is 60.0 kW. A new power network of the departments and a new lighting system of the premises to be reconstructed are planned. It is planned to install a system for calling medical personnel to patients (call buttons in the wards).Water supply (hot and cold water) - from the water supply network of the institution. It is planned to connect the designed sanitary appliances to the designed electric boilers, replace existing risers in the volume of the premises to be reconstructed. Additionally, it is planned to replace existing plumbing networks in the volume of basements under the designed departments. Drainage - discharge into the existing gravity sewer network of building No. 1. It is planned to connect to the existing risers in the designed department and replace the sewer risers within the premises to be repaired. Additionally, it is planned to replace the existing plumbing networks in the volume of the basements under the designed departments. Heat supply - it is planned to replace the heat supply system in the volume of the first floor. An air conditioning system is planned for the designed departments. The ventilation system is planned to be supply and exhaust using existing channels in the department premises. External fire extinguishing is planned from existing fire hydrants located on the territory of the institution. Landscaping and landscaping are planned. Construction duration - 8 months
