Reconstruction of the existing building of the catering unit and laundry into an educational building, with the placement of educational, sanitary and auxiliary premises of the 2nd, 3rd, 4th grade primary school in the building. Placement of a dual-purpose shelter in the basement of the building. Redevelopment of existing premises and changing the sizes of window and door openings. Taking into account the needs of low-mobility groups of the population according to DBN V.2.2-40:2018. Planning and decoration according to standards. Replacement of translucent enclosing structures and external doors according to DBN V. 2.6-31:2021. Heating, ventilation, water supply and sewage (according to standards). New electric lighting and power electrical equipment system. Communication and alarm system (telephone, internet). Fire alarm system, lightning protection if necessary (according to calculation). Execution of estimate documentation.

The project will equip: a chemistry laboratory of the Municipal Institution "Poltava Secondary School of I-III Grades No. 19 of the Poltava City Council of the Poltava Region"; a chemistry laboratory of the Municipal Institution "Poltava Secondary School of I-III Grades No. 28 of the Poltava City Council of the Poltava Region"; biology laboratory of the Municipal Institution "Poltava Comprehensive School of I-III Grades No. 30 of the Poltava City Council of the Poltava Region", chemistry-biology laboratory of the Poltava Comprehensive School of I-III Grades No. 37 of the Poltava City Council of the Poltava Region, creation of physics laboratories, chemistry-biology, STEM laboratories, physics, chemistry, biology, STEM, robotics, computer science classrooms of the pilot Lyceum No. 17 "Intellect" of the Poltava City Council. To create a modern educational space, major repairs and/or current repairs will be carried out and the necessary equipment purchased.
