The project provides for the overhaul of the basement premises of the lyceum with their adaptation to a civil defense structure - the simplest shelter. The civil defense structure - the simplest shelter is designed to create appropriate conditions for the stay of persons subject to shelter for a certain period of time (up to 48 hours) and ensure their protection by eliminating or reducing the predicted effects of dangerous factors that may arise as a component of dangerous phenomena of an emergency situation, military (combat) operations and terrorist acts.
