The project envisages the implementation of emergency and repair and capital works within the premises of common use, as well as on elements of common property that were damaged as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation.The main works include:replacement of roofing;replacement of damaged windows and doors;repair of facades in the areas of damage;replacement of damaged engineering networks (water supply, sewage, heating,electricity supply and lighting of corridors).The works are exclusively restorative in nature and are aimed at bringing the building into a safe operational condition.
