Construction of a building with the installation of a gas-piston cogeneration plant
Alternative solution
Gas piston cogeneration plant (backup power source), based on the operation of two Jenbacher JMS 312 GS-N.L cogeneration gas piston plants with an electric capacity of 638 kW and a thermal capacity of 377 kW each. The plant is designed to meet the needs of the central gas generator plant "Chornomorskteploenergo" and operates in cogeneration mode: the generation of electrical energy occurs together with the generation of thermal energy, which, performing the function of cooling the gas piston engine, is simultaneously directed to heating the coolant in the heating network. The system under consideration is designed for two operating modes: - the so-called "island" mode, when the plant operates separately from the heating network, generating electricity only for the needs of the gas generator; - parallel operation mode with the electrical network. In this mode, the power plant mainly works to meet the gas generator's own needs, and peak surges in electricity consumption of the gas generator (starting currents) are compensated by the external power grid. This mode allows for more uniform operation of the power generating equipment, which ensures its uniform wear. The total heat load in the gas generator is 1434 kW, an additionally installed economizer increases the total heat output to 717 kW for each unit; Fuel type - natural gas.

The proposed solution involves the construction of a protective structure with a calculated capacity that corresponds to the actual number of students and employees of the lyceum, ensuring the regulatory level of protection against the damaging factors of military emergencies. The structure is designed taking into account the possibility of a long stay of people, equipped with ventilation, power supply, lighting, water supply and sanitary and hygienic premises. The functional purpose of the dual-use structure involves its operation in peacetime for the needs of the educational process or economic activities of the institution, which contributes to the rational use of budget funds and increases the efficiency of investments. The project provides for the construction of a civil defense structure - a dual-purpose structure with protective properties of an anti-radiation shelter to ensure the protection of students of the Black Sea Lyceum No. 3, Kindergarten, and staff of educational institutions during emergencies. The structure consists of two separate volumes: the main radiation shelter structure and the DES structure. The shelter structure is designed to be rectangular in plan with maximum overall dimensions in the axes of 57.0 x 21.7 m. The structure consists of two separate volumes: the main radiation shelter structure and the DES structure. The radiation shelter structure is one-story, underground, the floor height is 2.7 m. The floor level is below (on average) the planning ground level by 2.5 - 4.5 m. The structure is designed with three scattered entrances - exits with vestibules leading directly to the bell tower, two of which are equipped with vertical lifts for the disabled. The following premises are designed as part of the anti-radiation shelter structure: premises for sheltering children in grades 1-2 and 3-4, premises for raising children in grades 5-12, premises for sheltering children from kindergarten - 333 people (each of the shelter premises provides places for sheltering MGN and educational institution personnel); premises for dirty clothes; electrical switchboard; ventilation chambers; premises for storing food; medical point; premises for water supply tanks; bathrooms (including for MGN); corridors; vestibules. The structural system of the structure - with monolithic walls and diaphragms and monolithic floor slabs. Partitions are designed from aerated concrete blocks. Floor coverings are designed from ceramic tiles and painted concrete base according to the purpose of the premises. The walls and ceilings are designed with plastering for painting. The entrance doors to the building are protective-hermetic, the interior windows and doors are polyvinyl chloride, the exterior doors are fireproof. A children's playground with small architectural forms is designed above the building. The DES building is detached, one-story, rectangular in shape with overall dimensions of 8 x 3.8 m. The building consists of one DES building. The eaves are single-pitched, the roof covering is Euroruberoid. The structural scheme of the building - with monolithic reinforced concrete walls and monolithic reinforced concrete floors. The floor covering - painting on a concrete base. The walls and ceilings are designed with plastering for painting.
