Description of the solution It is planned to reconstruct part of the existing building of the educational institution (old wing) with functional transformation into a multifunctional cultural and educational space. The solution includes: combining premises to create an auditorium; arranging a stage and areas for club activities; creating a library space and a public area; modernizing engineering networks; ensuring barrier-free access; updating the material and technical base.
