New construction of an administrative building for the Center for Social Support of the Population in Odessa
The major renovation of the municipal building at 10/1 Akademika Filatova St., Odessa, involves restoring the facade and roof using energy-efficient solutions, replacing windows and doors, updating external engineering networks, and improving the surrounding area, taking into account the needs of low-mobility groups. After the project is completed, the building with an area of 465.9 sq m is planned to be adapted as a social support center for families, children, and youth, which will ensure the creation of a safe, accessible, and inclusive space for providing social services.
