The building of Artsyz Lyceum No. 5 was built in 1896 and is in significant disrepair. Its structures do not meet modern safety, energy efficiency, and inclusiveness requirements. Therefore, major repairs are technically and economically impractical. The optimal solution is reconstruction with partial redevelopment, modernization of engineering networks, and architectural renovation, which will create a safe, functional, and modern educational environment. The reconstruction includes an increase in the institution's capacity from 500 to 1,000 people, which requires expanding functional areas, creating additional classrooms, restrooms, inclusive areas, a catering unit, and space for extended-day groups. This will provide a high-quality educational environment for the growing number of students in the community.
