Major renovation of the existing Administrative Services Center building
"Reconstruction of the Modular Center for the Provision of Administrative Services at 17 Tsentralna Street in the city of Voznesensk, Mykolaiv Region" General characteristics of the project. The project involves the reconstruction of the existing two-story building of the Modular Center for Administrative Services with the expansion of the functional capabilities of the institution by adding additional modular blocks and modernizing the engineering and landscaping infrastructure. The implementation of the project is aimed at: improving the quality and accessibility of administrative services; creating modern and safe working conditions for staff; ensuring a comfortable reception for community residents; implementing the principles of barrier-free and energy efficiency; expanding the list of administrative services provided to the population. The project documentation is developed in accordance with current state building norms, standards and rules with subsequent state construction expertise. 2. Architectural and planning solution The project involves the reconstruction of the existing two-story building of the ASC with the addition of 12 collapsible block containers with a total area of 170.8 m². The addition is being carried out on a separately designed foundation, ensuring structural compatibility with the existing building. The functional zoning of the premises provides for: First floor: 2 workplaces for issuing biometric passports; 2 workplaces for issuing driver's licenses; 2 workplaces for providing services in the field of state registration of civil status acts; 2 workplaces for representatives of the Pension Fund of Ukraine and the Employment Center; a separate service area for veterans and their family members (2 workplaces); a waiting area for visitors; a server room. Second floor: offices for 5–6 specialists of the Central Administrative Service; an archive room for storing document forms and official documentation. 3. Special requirements for premises For premises for issuing and issuing biometric passports, the following are provided: installation of reinforced doors with locks; installation of security and fire alarms; connection to the centralized security control panel; installation of protective metal grilles or nets on windows; installation of sun protection devices; fulfillment of the requirements of the comprehensive information protection system (CSIS); ensuring the requirements of the State Migration Service of Ukraine. For the archive premises, the following are provided: security alarm; protection of windows with metal grilles, roller shutters or armored film; restriction of unauthorized access. 4. Engineering solutions The project provides for: connecting the new part of the building to the existing water supply and drainage networks; modernization of internal heating systems; arrangement of ventilation systems; transfer of the external sewage network outside the building; arrangement of power supply for new premises; arrangement of outdoor lighting of the adjacent territory. The project also provides for: fire alarm system; lightning protection system; measures for energy efficiency and safe operation of the building. 5. Landscaping The land improvement project provides for: arrangement of sidewalks and platforms made of FEM tiles of the "Old Town" type; landscaping of the adjacent territory; installation of outdoor lighting elements; organization of safe pedestrian routes; creation of a comfortable public space around the building. 6. Barrier-free and inclusivenessThe project provides for the creation of conditions for unhindered access for persons with disabilities and other low-mobility population groups in accordance with the requirements of the current State Building Regulations, namely: arrangement of ramps; barrier-free entrances; accessible sanitary facilities; tactile navigation elements; sufficient width of passages and doorways; accessible routes for movement through the territory. 7. Expected results of the project implementationAs a result of the project implementation, the following will be achieved: the area and functionality of the ASC will be expanded; the conditions for providing administrative services will be improved; the number of workplaces will be increased; a modern safe administrative space will be created; the level of accessibility of services for community residents, veterans and low-mobility population groups will be increased; the building will comply with modern safety and inclusive standards.

The purpose of the reconstruction is to equip a residential building with 24 apartments, intended to provide housing for internally displaced persons (IDPs) and other vulnerable categories of the population. After the reconstruction is completed, the building will provide living quarters for 72 people. Apartment plan: One-room apartments: 12 units, area 42 m2. Two-room apartments: 12 units, area 57 m2. General characteristics of the building: Total area of the building: 1079.6 m2. First floor: 489.7 m2. Second floor: 416.2 m2. Additional premises (basement and auxiliary buildings): 143.6 m2. Available communications: Electricity supply. Centralized water supply. Individual gas heating. This project is aimed at improving living conditions for people who find themselves in difficult life circumstances, as well as increasing the efficiency of using non-residential real estate through its reconstruction into housing.

"Support Kitchen" model
The working project provides for a major overhaul of the catering unit, work on redevelopment of premises, repair, decoration of walls and ceilings, replacement of floor coverings, replacement of water supply and sewage pipelines, replacement of electrical wiring, installation of supply and exhaust ventilation, replacement of existing old kitchen equipment, replacement of window and door blocks. In order to bring the dining room premises up to sanitary standards, implement the HACCP food safety management system, improve the operational performance of the facility, and bring the premises to an aesthetic state, the project provides for the following measures: - after analyzing the technology of the catering unit, changes were made to the layout of the premises, as well as their intended purpose), so that it meets the requirements of the HACCP Food Safety System; - production was divided according to the flow of processes, taking into account the requirements of the HACCP Food Safety System; - a separate workshop for primary processing of products was created: cleaning, cutting, grinding and forming all necessary blanks (semi-finished products) with their subsequent storage in refrigerated cabinets for semi-finished products. - equipment was selected in connection with the introduction of a new menu and in order to be able to diversify it and produce various dishes (TX brand drawings); - in accordance with the requirements of the food safety system, hand sinks and additional sinks were added to each production area; - replacement of existing sewage and water supply pipelines; - installation of water heaters; - to maintain the optimal temperature and humidity regime and ensure sanitary and hygienic conditions of the air environment, supply and exhaust ventilation with mechanical drive was provided. - replacement of electrical wiring for power supply of kitchen, ventilation, lighting and socket groups, installation of new switchboards and control panels.

Repair of the automatic fire alarm system and notification system in the premises of Voznesensk Gymnasium No. 5 of the Voznesensk City Council of the Mykolaiv region at the address: 80-I Shturmovaya St., Building 205, Voznesensk, Mykolaiv region
Automatic fire alarm system of the premises of the educational institution is implemented using addressable automatic fire detectors of smoke SPD-3A and heat SPT-AV. Addressable manual fire detectors SPR-4L are installed along the evacuation route of people. In the premises of the sports hall, detectors and light indicators are protected from mechanical damage by metal structures. Intrinsically safe smoke detectors are installed in the boiler rooms. The detectors of the premises of the educational institution are connected to the addressable device of the fire control and monitoring system “Vector-1” in radial loops. In one radial addressable loop it is planned to connect no more than 32 fire detectors. The alarm loops switch to the FIRE state on command from the automatic (or manual) detector without processing its state (mode “N” for the automatic detector and mode “M” for the manual one according to the passport data). The project provides for a 10% reserve of detectors from the total number. The fire receiving and control device is selected taking into account the reserve beams. The software of the ASPS “Vector” allows for constant monitoring of the integrity of the loop circuits. The power supply of the control panel device is provided by the 1st category of power supply. The working input of the device is from the power supply network with a voltage of 220V, 50 Hz, the backup input is from the uninterruptible power supply with a 7 A*h battery built into the device. The equipment is grounded in accordance with the operating documentation of the manufacturer, as well as in compliance with the requirements of Chapter 1.7 of the PUE. The “Vector” device includes a BIiU indication and control unit for displaying current information about the status of the object, viewing and setting the parameters of the object, viewing the event log, etc. Output contacts of the “Vector” device relay are provided for controlling the voice alarm system, evacuation direction indicators, the alarm transmission system and ventilation shutdown.
