The project involves the purchase of modern computer equipment and licensed software for structural units of the executive committee of the Sambir City Council and the Central Administrative Center. The implementation of the solution will ensure: Modernization of the existing document management system "Megapolis", increasing its productivity and reliability. Automation of administrative processes, reducing the time for processing documents and citizens' applications. Expansion of the system's functionality, including integration with external electronic resources and the possibility of adding new services in the future. Improving the accessibility of services for all population groups, including persons with disabilities and citizens with limited mobility. Increasing the efficiency and transparency of the work of government bodies, reducing paper document management and optimizing the use of resources. This solution allows for the provision of a modern, convenient and secure infrastructure for the provision of administrative services, meets the goals of digitalization and contributes to the sustainable development of the community.
