The project involves a comprehensive reconstruction of the road on the western outskirts of the city in order to create a modern, safe and efficient transport highway. The project includes: - Complete replacement of the road surface with the installation of an asphalt concrete road in accordance with regulatory standards.- Reconstruction of the base and improvement of the road surface design to ensure long-term operation.- Installation of a drainage system to prevent flooding and soil erosion.- Installation of road signs, markings and lighting to improve traffic safety.- Organization of dividing lanes, exits and arrangement of access for all population groups, including low-mobility categories. The implementation of this solution will allow increasing the road capacity to 800-1000 vehicles/hour per lane, reducing the load on the central streets of the city, increasing traffic safety and ensuring effective transit and local traffic flow. The project meets modern infrastructure standards and contributes to the sustainable development of the community.
