The project involves the construction of a new civil defense protective structure on the territory of the municipal institution "Lyceum Leader" in the city of Sambor. The structure is designed to simultaneously shelter 500 people - students, teachers and technical personnel. The premises will be equipped with ventilation systems, emergency power supply, water supply, primary fire extinguishing equipment and medical equipment for first aid. For safe access of all users, including people with disabilities, two-level metal handrails and safe routes are provided. The project also includes landscaping the territory: pedestrian paths, lawns, planting trees and bushes. The implementation of the solution will ensure full-fledged in-person training, increase the level of safety and compliance of the lyceum with modern civil defense standards.

The project solution is a major overhaul of the fire alarm and lightning protection system of the KZ "Gymnasium No. 7 of Sambora, Sambir City Council, Lviv Region". The implementation includes a complete replacement of outdated and faulty fire alarm equipment with a modern automatic system with fire detectors, control and monitoring devices, and a fire notification system. It is also planned to install and modernize the lightning protection system with reliable grounding in accordance with current regulatory requirements. The implemented solution will ensure timely detection of fire hazards, prompt notification of students and staff, and reduction of risks to the life and health of more than 350 students and 70 employees of the institution. The implementation of the project will eliminate the violations specified in the regulations of the State Emergency Service and create a safe and stable educational environment with a long-term effect of infrastructure operation.

Repair and replacement of damaged roof structures, restoration of the tightness of the roof and facade to ensure safe operation of the building. Renewal of the facade decoration in order to improve the aesthetic appearance and social significance of the institution in the community. Taking into account the principles of universal design and barrier-free design, which ensures access to the building for people with disabilities and other groups with limited mobility. Implementation of energy-efficient solutions in building structures, which helps reduce environmental impact and reduce CO₂ emissions. The project involves a comprehensive reconstruction of the road on the western outskirts of the city in order to create a modern, safe and efficient transport highway. The project includes: - Complete replacement of the road surface with the installation of an asphalt concrete road in accordance with regulatory standards.- Reconstruction of the base and improvement of the road surface design to ensure long-term operation.- Installation of a drainage system to prevent flooding and soil erosion.- Installation of road signs, markings and lighting to improve traffic safety.- Organization of dividing lanes, exits and arrangement of access for all population groups, including low-mobility categories. The implementation of this solution will allow increasing the road capacity to 800-1000 vehicles/hour per lane, reducing the load on the central streets of the city, increasing traffic safety and ensuring effective transit and local traffic flow. The project meets modern infrastructure standards and contributes to the sustainable development of the community.
