The project involves a comprehensive reconstruction of the roof and facade of the lyceum using modern energy-saving technologies, which will create comfortable, safe and energy-efficient conditions for learning for over 600 students. The main measures include: Insulation of the facade and roof with modern thermal insulation materials, which will reduce heat loss and reduce heating costs by 30-40%. Repair and replacement of damaged roof structures, restoration of the tightness of the roof and facade to ensure safe operation of the building. Renewal of the facade decoration in order to improve the aesthetic appearance and social significance of the institution in the community. Taking into account the principles of universal design and barrier-free design, which ensures access to the building for people with disabilities and other groups with limited mobility. Implementation of energy-efficient solutions in building structures, which helps reduce environmental impact and reduce CO₂ emissions. Expected results: Reduction of heat loss through building envelopes by up to 25-30%. Creation of comfortable, safe and inclusive learning conditions for over 600 students and staff. Extension of the building's operational life by 20-30 years. Increase in the aesthetic appeal of the lyceum and the social significance of the institution in the community. Positive impact on the environment due to reduced energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. The project ensures achievement of energy efficiency targets, improvement of comfort and safety of the educational process, and also meets sustainable development standards and modern requirements for educational institutions.
