Major renovation of existing premises with partial modernization and equipment with modern educational equipment
Current renovation of the premises of the General Secondary Education Institution of I-III levels in the village of Novy Yarychiv without modernization of engineering networks and equipment (minimum intervention)
The data of the RP envisage the laying and partial replacement of the external gravity-fed rainwater sewerage system, with a total length of 53 m, from the drainpipes from the roof of the designed building and the territory allocated for the maintenance of the building to the existing ditch located on the school territory. Construction of receiving sewerage wells with a diameter of 1.0 m Arrangement of receiving wells with rainwater collection grates on the roadway insertion into the existing gravity-fed sewage network K2 The network uses corrugated double-layer pipes with a diameter of 110 – 160 – 250 mm The self-flowing sewage pipeline is laid in the ground in a trench 1.1-1.3 m deep with a slope of at least 2%, with a sand base of 20 cm and subsequent backfilling of the pipe 10 cm above the top. The sinuses of the pits are filled with soil with planning and restoration of the top layer of the coating. The horizontal location of the pipeline lines, as well as the minimum distances in the plan from the outer surface of the pipes to structures and engineering networks are adopted in accordance with DBN B.2.2-12:2019, DBN V.2.5-75:2013 and PUE. The design of networks made of plastic pipes is carried out in accordance with DSTU N-B V.2.5-40, taking into account their additional consumption (not less than 3.5% of the total length of the pipelines). The installation of hatches must be provided for: at the same level as the road surface with improved coverage; from 50 mm to 70 mm inclusive above the ground surface in the green zone; 200 mm above the ground surface in undeveloped areas. Manhole covers are designed as metal in accordance with the standards. In accordance with the technical conditions and current regulatory documents, the use of manholes of a different design and made of other materials is allowed. The existing building at 38 Nezalezhnosti Street in the village of Novy Yarychiv, Lviv district, Lviv region is located in climatic zone I, according to the physical and geographical zoning of Ukraine according to DBN B.2.2-12:2019. The construction is designed in one turn without the allocation of starting complexes. The project was carried out in accordance with the design task and in accordance with the requirements of the following regulatory documents: DBN V.2.2-3:2018 "Educational institutions"; DBN V.2.6-31:2021 "Thermal insulation and energy efficiency of buildings", DBN V.2.6-40:2018 "Inclusiveness of buildings and structures". Fire prevention measures were developed on the basis of: DBN V.1.1-7-2016 "Fire safety of construction objects"; DSTU B V.1.1-36-2016 "Determination of categories of premises, buildings, installations according to explosion and fire hazard"; The design solutions provide for the required fire resistance class of building structures, evacuation routes from each room and from the building as a whole, in accordance with the requirements of current regulatory documents. In order to reduce energy consumption, fuel and energy resource consumption, in accordance with the requirements of DBN V.2.6-31:2021, the project provides for measures to reduce energy consumption and increase thermal protection of enclosing structures, filling door and window openings. The premises of the 1st floor are represented by an entrance group, classrooms, a catering unit, and sanitary facilities. The floor height is 3.6 m. The premises of the 2nd floor are represented by classrooms, an assembly hall, and sanitary facilities. Floor height 3.8 m This project provides for a number of the following measures: Redevelopment of the premises of part of the basement floor; Redevelopment of the auxiliary room on the first floor of the new block for a bathroom for the MMGN, as well as redevelopment of the bathrooms on the 1st and 2nd floors. The replacement of the decoration of the existing premises of the building (replacement of floors, walls, ceilings), as well as the replacement of the electric lighting system and electrical outlet networks. Energy-saving LED lighting devices are provided; The energy-efficient measures include insulation of the facades of the building and the attic floor, insulation of the basement floor and foundations. Replacement of window drains of existing windows; Replacement of the structure and covering of the hipped roof of the building with the installation of a new one in part of the new building block; Installation of organized drainage of the building and blind areas;Installation of new internal water supply and sewage networks, plumbing fixtures in part of the new building block; Energy-saving LED lighting fixtures were used;Installation of a ventilation system from the bathrooms of the basement and the bathrooms of the 1st and 2nd floors of the building of the ZZSO I-III century; Installation of a fire alarm system for the building; Installation of lightning protection for the building; It is planned to organize entrance areas to the building, ensuring access for low-mobility groups and replacing their coverings. The plan includes landscaping the area, replacing the pavement and road surfaces with tactile elements, installing storm sewers, outdoor lighting, and restoring the lawn. The project is designed to be carried out in the summer. When carrying out work in the winter, be guided by the relevant work standards. All construction and installation work must be carried out in accordance with the PVR. Acceptance with the preparation of acts, not hidden works with the participation of the author's supervision, the works listed in Appendix H to DBN A.3.1-5-2016 “Organization of construction production.“ are subject to the works listed in Appendix H to DBN A.3.1-5-2016 “Organization of construction production.“: inspection of the quality of the soil of the foundations; compliance with the technologies of layer-by-layer soil compaction; installation of waterproofing; inspection of the backfill soil. When carrying out construction and installation works, be guided by the requirements of DBN A.3.2-2-2009 “System of occupational safety standards. Occupational safety rules. Industrial safety in construction. Basic provisions.“ The project provides for insulation of the facade of the object, basement and attic floor. Technological part of the project developed in accordance with the design task taking into account the requirements of DBN V.2.2.-9-2009 "Public buildings and structures" DBN V.2.2-3-2018 «Educational institutions" and based on international standards. The project provides for the following fire prevention measures: The heating system is water; air ducts are made of non-combustible materials, steel; The surface temperature of pipelines and heating devices does not exceed the regulatory one; At the intersections of walls, ceilings and coverings with pipelines and air ducts, these places must be sealed with non-combustible materials; All ventilation equipment is grounded; Ventilation systems are equipped with manual, remote, automatic control and are turned off in case of fire; all ventilation equipment must be interlocked with fire detectors to stop their operation in the event of a fire.
