The project involves major repairs to the building and basements, adapted for the simplest shelter, for the General Secondary Education Institution of I-III levels and Preschool Education in the village of Pykulovichi, Novoyarychiv Village Council of the Lviv District, Lviv Region. The main goal of the project is to improve the functionality and safety of the facility, provide modern educational and shelter conditions while simultaneously using energy-efficient solutions. Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems Installation of modern energy-efficient boilers or heat pumps. Implementation of ventilation systems with heat recovery to reduce energy losses. Thermal insulation and insulation of the building Insulation of walls, floors and roofs. Installation of energy-efficient windows with double or triple glazing. Lighting and power supply LED lighting and automated lighting control systems. Use of motion sensors and regulation of lighting intensity depending on natural light. Accessibility and inclusion Arrangement of ramps, handrails, accessible bathrooms, automatic doors. Ensuring access to the facility for all population groups, including persons with disabilities and groups with reduced mobility. Infrastructure around the facility Barrier-free approaches and sidewalks, special parking for groups with reduced mobility. Well-lit and safe approaches to the building and shelters. Basements as shelters Reconstruction of basements taking into account safety and accessibility. Equipping with ventilation, lighting and communication systems. Reducing energy consumption and utility costs. Ensuring inclusive access for all users. Increasing safety and comfort in educational and shelter areas.
