"Modernization of existing premises with minimal structural intervention and the use of mobile barrier-free equipment"
Creating barrier-free access for people with limited mobility.
The essence of the solution:Instead of a complete overhaul of the basement floor, it is proposed to leave the main structure of the building unchanged and provide barrier-free access to the gym by using:portable or modular ramps;compact vertical lifts for low-mobility groups;adaptive exercise machines that do not require reconstruction of the premises;mobile equipment for arranging temporary or variable access routes.Advantages:Saving materials and resources - less construction materials, less waste.Reducing environmental impact - minimal dust, noise and emissions during work.Quick implementation - installation takes less time than overhaul.Flexibility - equipment can be moved or modified depending on needs.Lower operating costs - reduced energy consumption and heating/cooling costs.:Disadvantages:Less durability – mobile equipment may require more frequent replacement or maintenance.Limited architectural changes – it is impossible to fully adapt the premises to all the needs of users with reduced mobility.Less aesthetic effect – the premises will not receive a completely renewed look.
