Reconstruction of the entrance group of the Promstroibank building with the arrangement of a barrier-free environment for accessibility for low-mobility groups at the address: Kyiv region, Vyshgorod district, Slavutych city, 2a Heroiv Dnipra st.
In this working project, in order to ensure accessibility for low-mobility groups of the population, the following solutions are provided:- there is a lift for disabled people;- installation of handrails on the porch stairs;- external warning tactile strips (TC) are arranged in front of the stairs and the lift platform;- the beginning and end of the stairs are highlighted with contrasting markings;- a paved area is designed in front of the porch to arrange a parking space for disabled people;- unhindered and convenient movement inside the building is ensured due to the absence of height differences. Door thresholds on evacuation routes are absent, or should not exceed 15 mm. Thresholds should be highlighted with contrasting paint;- doors have been replaced in the vestibule, the width and design features of which meetthe requirements of DBN V.2.2-40;- the lower part of the door leaves is protected by a shock-proof strip at a height of at least300mm from the floor level on both sides. Doors must provide a delay in automatic closing of at least 5 seconds; - the doors are transparent, glazed with impact-resistant glass, the door leaves are made of white and contrastingly highlighted in green; - a lodgement with a tactile (full-color) Braille mnemonic scheme is installed in the lobby; - internal aluminum tactile indicators are arranged; - navigation and information signs are arranged at a height of 1.2-1.6 m; - existing doors inside the building are contrasting in accordance with the decoration of the premises; - the porch and elevator are illuminated; - devices for opening and closing doors are installed at a height of no more than 1.1 m and not less than 0.85 m from the floor; - the information system of zones and premises, as well as entrance nodes and traffic routes, provides continuity of information, timely orientation and unambiguous recognition of objects and places of visit.It is planned to place information with data on evacuation routes andwarning signs. Visual information should be placed on a contrasting background with the size of the signs corresponding to the viewing distance and associated with the artistic solution of the interior.
