Design solutions:
Installation of regulatory stairs with double-sided handrails, contrasting marking of the first and last steps and tactile elements.
Installation of ramps with a regulatory slope to ensure barrier-free access to the building.
Replacing entrance doors with those that meet the requirements of the State Building Code: without thresholds or with minimal contrasting thresholds, of sufficient width and convenient to use.
Installation of information and navigation signs, including using contrasting solutions and Braille.
Installation of tactile indicators of the direction of movement and warning zones in accordance with the needs of people with visual impairments.
Ensuring sufficient lighting of the stairs and the entrance area for safe use in the evening and at night.
Implementation of a free navigation system: installation of information signs signs, building mnemonic diagrams, tactile elements and Braille inscriptions.
Equipment of stairs with handrails on both sides, contrasting marking of steps.

External elevator: Barrier-free access to all floors for disabled people, the elderly, parents with wheelchairs. Location without interference with load-bearing structures, entrance at ground level with sufficient space for maneuver. Cabin with sufficient dimensions for a wheelchair, buttons in an accessible area, tactile and contrasting markings, visual and audible information.
