The technical solution involves the acquisition of a modern electrical mobile laboratory (KAELP-35 class complex or equivalent) for the needs of the city's operational energy enterprise. This specialized diagnostic complex based on a European automobile chassis will allow operational field teams to independently and with high accuracy determine the location of damage to underground high-voltage cable lines (using acoustic and induction methods), conduct mandatory preventive equipment tests (up to 60 kV) and diagnose the condition of insulation (including modern cross-linked polyethylene cables). The introduction of its own mobile laboratory will eliminate the community's critical dependence on the services of third-party contractors during accidents, reduce the time for searching for breakdowns from several days to a few hours, and ensure reliable and safe operation of the energy infrastructure, guaranteeing stable power supply to residents and critical infrastructure facilities of Slavutych.
