In this working project, in order to ensure accessibility for low-mobility groups of the population, the following solutions are provided:- the project provides for the arrangement of an entrance ramp adapted forpeople with disabilities and low-mobility groups of the population with two-level handrails;- the arrangement of handrails on the porch stairs;- external warning tactile strips (TC) are arranged in front of the stairs;- the beginning and end of the stairs and ramp are highlighted with contrasting markings;- unhindered and convenient movement inside the building is ensured due to theabsence of height differences. Door thresholds on evacuation routes are absent, or do not exceed15 mm. Thresholds must be highlighted with contrasting paint; - the lower part of the door leaves is protected by an anti-shock strip at a height of at least300 mm from the floor level on both sides. Doors must provide a delay in automatic closing of at least 5 seconds; - doors are transparent, glazed with impact-resistant glass, it is recommended to mark the doors in dark green on both sides; - internal aluminum tactile indicators are installed; - the porch and ramp are illuminated; - devices for opening and closing doors are installed at a height of no more than 1.1 m and not less than 0.85 m from the floor; - the information system of zones and premises, as well as entrance nodes and traffic routes, ensures continuity of information, timely orientation and unambiguous recognition of objects and places of visit. Visual information must be located on a contrasting background with the size of signs corresponding to the viewing distance and associated with the artistic solution interior.
