The project is aimed at major repairs and restoration of partially damaged apartment buildings (AHU) within the Buchanan urban territorial community, which were damaged as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine. The main measures include: repair of load-bearing structures, roofs, facades and internal engineering networks (heating, water supply, electricity supply, sewage); replacement or restoration of windows and doors using energy-saving materials; restoration of security systems, lighting and landscaping of adjacent areas; repair of common areas (stairwells, elevators, basements, technical rooms); ensuring a basic level of energy efficiency, in accordance with current state building standards (DBN V.2.6-31:2021). The project is implemented within the framework of the HOPE program with the support of international donors, the local budget and possible co-financing by residents. Its goal is to restore housing conditions for citizens as soon as possible, return property rights and create a safe living environment.
