Overhaul of the catering unit is a set of works to restore its functionality and improve operational performance, including the replacement of engineering networks, equipment, as well as interior and exterior decoration, in accordance with the DBN standards. Overhaul of the catering unit is not just a renovation of the walls, but an investment in operational efficiency, safety and compliance with the European integration requirements of Ukraine. The problem related to the catering unit and kitchen of the Chernelytsky Lyceum is relevant in the context of ensuring the creation of a modern, safe school nutrition system, the vision and mission of the institution. The project is aimed at bringing the material and technical base of the catering unit and the dining room to sanitary, hygienic and aesthetic conditions in accordance with the HACCP system. The working project was developed on the basis of the design task, in accordance with current norms and rules, instructions, national standards and provides for measures to ensure environmental safety. Therefore, the implementation of the project to overhaul the catering unit is important not only to ensure the comfort and safety of students and staff, but also to preserve their health and improve the quality of the educational process.
