The alternative technical solution involves the implementation of a set of basic measures for the thermal modernization of the medical building No. 2 of the Zvyahelskaya Multi-Profile Hospital of the ZMR, aimed at reducing the building's heat loss.
The project provides for the following main types of work:
Replacement of the roof with attic insulation (1375 sq m)
Insulation of the facade and basement (3134 sq m)
Modernization of the building's ventilation system
The proposed technical solution is comprehensive, aimed at eliminating the main sources of heat loss and optimizing the operation of engineering systems, which will ensure a reduction in energy consumption and operating costs of the building and will positively affect the stay of patients.
