The project will ensure the renewal of the material and technical base of two science classrooms - chemistry and physics - with modern equipment. The project involves the purchase of modern educational equipment, furniture, teaching materials, computer equipment and teaching aids for science classrooms. If necessary, the premises will be renovated at the expense of the local budget.

We strive to update the institution so that it becomes even more comfortable, cozy and environmentally friendly for our children. "Sonechko" - is a place where little hearts are filled with warmth, knowledge and inspiration. 1) Works on the basement: - dismantling of the basement decoration; - dismantling of the existing blind area around the building. - arranging insulation of the basement with slabs - after insulating the basement, arrange an asphalt concrete blind area with a slope from the walls of the building; 2) Works on the external walls: - dismantling of the existing plaster of the "fur coat" facade; - to eliminate traces of mold on the walls and basement, treat the masonry with an antifungal primer. - preparation of external walls; - arrangement of a facade thermal insulation system of the type - wet facade with mineral wool boards - decoration of walls with plaster, painting. 3) Roof: - dismantle the roof from asbestos-cement sheets - dismantle the wooden battens and fillies of the rafter system, - arrange for the repair of existing brick ventilation shafts - before starting work on insulating the attic floor, dismantle the existing thermal insulation from expanded clay gravel to the floor slabs. - perform vapor barrier insulation of the floor with sealing joints. - arrange for the insulation of the attic floor with mineral wool boards - install new wooden elements of the rafter system with partial use of existing elements; - install a waterproofing film; - arrange a new roof in axes "1-2" and "3-4" from a metal profile on wooden battens and rafters; - arrange dormer windows on the roof; - install an organized drainage system, snow retainers; dismantle the existing metal fire escape and install a new fire escape; - arrange lightning protection for the roof, heating of the drainage system and cornices; - dismantle the roll roof of the transition between the blocks in axes - to arrange a single-pitched roof, build up the parapet - insulate the roof with mineral plates 4) Porches, canopies: - dismantle existing porches; - install new porches with a fence in accordance with current standards and working project drawings. - mark the first and last steps of the porches with stripes - install tactile stripes parallel to the passage in front of the steps - install an information tactile sign near the main entrance: - install lifts for MGN near two porches; - repair reinforced concrete canopies above the porches and restore the protective layer and concrete chips in accordance with the «Technology for repairing load-bearing reinforced concrete structures». 5) External evacuation stairs: - dismantle existing metal evacuation stairs; - install new metal evacuation stairs according to the detailed design drawings
