The alternative solution involves the reconstruction of the existing dormitory building in order to create safe and comfortable living conditions for internally displaced persons (IDPs). This option proposes: redevelopment of the building to increase the number of living spaces and create separate apartments for families; restoration and modernization of the building's structural elements: facade, roof, internal walls, ceilings; renewal of engineering networks and communications: water supply, sewage, heating, electricity supply, ventilation, increasing energy efficiency: insulation of the facade and roof, installation of energy-saving windows and lighting systems, arrangement of modern infrastructure for residents: children's and sports grounds, recreation areas, accessibility for people with limited mobility.
