Technical solution No. 2 provides for the construction of multi-apartment residential buildings in the village of Goshcha, Rivne district, Rivne region, made of a steel frame, reinforced concrete floor slabs, and enclosing wall structures. Measures are planned for the thermal modernization of buildings: installation of energy-efficient heating equipment, water supply, electricity supply, energy-efficient windows, doors, lighting, insulation of external walls and attics of buildings. Measures are also planned to create conditions for barrier-free access for low-mobility population groups. The implementation of this solution will allow the construction of residential buildings with a service life of ~ 100 years in approximately 3 years, and to provide safe and comfortable conditions for the residence of internally displaced persons.
