The project "Reconstruction of sewage treatment facilities of the Municipal Enterprise "Pokrovvodokanal" in the city of Pokrov, Dnipropetrovsk region" was submitted for an examination of the design documentation to the state enterprise SE "ZHYLKOM", for which a positive expert report No. 147-E-17/A was issued on May 26, 2017. The technical decisions made in the previously approved project are canceled due to the fact that the project "Reconstruction of sewage treatment facilities of the Municipal Enterprise "Pokrovvodokanal" in the city of Pokrov, Dnipropetrovsk region" (16-2111, LLC "GENPROEKT", 2016) was carried out on the basis of outdated regulatory documentation and due to a significant change in the initial data from the Customer. The project for the reconstruction of sewage treatment facilities (STP) of the MPK "Pokrov Production Department of Water Supply and Sewerage" in Pokrov, Dnipropetrovsk region was carried out in order to minimize the number of structures involved at the STP site, in accordance with the actual flow of wastewater for treatment and to optimize the wastewater treatment process. The project adjustment, which is being carried out in 2025, provides for the reconstruction of the facility with four start-up complexes and the following measures are provided for: 1st start-up complex: • Mechanical wastewater treatment plant of the M-Combi type (ECO-INVEST), which is located in the designed building. • Reconstruction of the drainage pumping station, laying of the drainage pressure pipeline to chamber 18.• Construction of the domestic sewage control station from the existing facilities of the OSC. Laying of the sewage pressure pipeline to chamber No. 18.• Reconstruction of the chlorination plant. Including the installation of a video surveillance system in the building.• Replacement of existing oil transformers TMG-400kVA, 6/0.4kV (2 pcs.) of the required power of the VZRU-6kV production building.• External water supply and sewage.• External power supply.• External electric lighting. Provide for the installation of motion sensors in the external electric lighting system.• External video surveillance system, along the perimeter of the OSC.• Provide for the restoration of sections of the fence 47 m long in the area of the drinking water metering chamber and 62 m long in the area of the chlorination plant. Accept for installation of a fence of the "Europarkan" type, H=2.5m. 2nd launch complex:• Reconstruction of distribution chamber No. 1.• Biological treatment facilities (repair of reinforced concrete structures, replacement of tubular aerators with an aeration system with disk diffusers, airlifts, replacement of air ducts in accordance with the required performance).• Reconstruction of the production building with the installation of a backup blower and replacement of FG216/24 pumps and piping. Replacement of lifting equipment. Replacement of heating and ventilation systems, water supply and sewage, power supply, security alarm. Including installation of a video surveillance system in the building.• Replacement of external networks of technological pipelines for supplying raw sludge to the mechanical dewatering building and excess sludge to sludge platforms.• External water supply and sewage system, taking into account the change in the water supply entry into building 7.• Dismantling of existing sludge platforms and restoration of the correspondingly calculated productivity. The calculation is made as for emergency platforms. 3rd start-up complex:• Reconstruction of the mechanical sludge dewatering workshop. Replacement of the FG 57/57-9,6 slurry discharge pumps. Replacement of lifting equipment. Replacement of heating and ventilation systems, water supply and sewage system, power supply, security alarm system. Including installation of a video surveillance system in the building.• External water supply and sewage system, taking into account the change in the water supply entry into building 10.4th start-up complex:• Reconstruction of the agricultural and industrial complex buildings, laboratory. Replacement of heating and ventilation systems, water supply and sewage, electricity supply, security alarm.• Installation of a modular boiler house with the capacity necessary for the heating needs of the existing buildings, fuel - dewatered sludge certified for this application.• External underground heat supply networks for heating: production building, mechanical dehydration building, agricultural complex, laboratory, chlorination.• External networks of technological pipelines for supplying raw sludge to the mechanical dehydration building and excess sludge to sludge sites.• Repair of building structures of the secondary treatment building. It is planned to replace lighting.• Replacement of existing pipelines of treated wastewater Ø700, 130 m long. Sewage treatment facilities of the MCP "Pokrovvodokanal" with an actual productivity of 9900 m3/day, subject to reconstruction, located in the southwestern outskirts of Pokrov, Dnipropetrovsk region. The area of the treatment facilities occupies 6.2 hectares within the fence. The number of people served by the treatment facilities is 42,742 people. The existing wastewater treatment plant was built in several stages (in three stages), the last of which was in 1983. At present, only the third stage of the three complexes is used with a design productivity of 25.0 thousand m3 of wastewater per day. The actual productivity is 9.9 thousand m3/day, the maximum is 15960.55 m3/day. The land area used for servicing industrial buildings and structures is 6.2 hectares. Currently, the adopted sanitary protection zone of treatment facilities is 500 m. According to DBN V.2.5-75:2013, table. 30 (for facilities with a capacity of 5 to 50 thousand m3/day, in our case - 9.9 thousand m3/day) the sanitary protection zone of treatment facilities with sludge sites should be 400 m. To meet this requirement, the project provides for measures to restore and transfer sludge sites, which allows maintaining the SZP - 400 m. The sanitary protection zone is an area occupied by arable land. Within the sanitary protection zone there are no residential buildings, hospitals, schools and other institutions and enterprises. The fence of the existing treatment facility site is subject to partial restoration. These measures are provided for by the project. In geomorphological terms, the studied area belongs to the loess watershed plateau and the slope cut by the ravine-beam network. Ponds and sedimentation tanks are formed in the thalwegs of some beams (Popova and Svinarevka). The relief is uneven, as a result of construction work with the construction of embankments and excavations of the soil, with a smooth slope of the surface in the south and southeast direction towards the Bazavluk River, which flows for ~ 2.0 km. When developing the site during the construction of treatment facilities, the territory is planned - filled. In hydrogeological terms, the territory is favorable to a drilling depth of 10.0 m, groundwater is not recorded. The normative depth of seasonal freezing is recommended to be 0.9 m. The soils at the construction site are subsidence 1 degree.
