The technical solution of the project is to create a network of five modern centers for innovative development and entrepreneurship support, which will be put into operation in stages. The first stage will be the launch in 2026 of a pilot hub with an area of 150 m², focused on the topic of the circular economy. It will be equipped as an interactive educational and research space with a co-working area, an upcycling laboratory, multimedia classrooms and mobile zones for teamwork. In the following stages (2027-2028), the construction of four more spaces with an area of 500 m² each is planned. They will have a modular layout, which will allow for flexible combination of educational classrooms, halls for hackathons and presentations, laboratory blocks and business incubators. All centers will be equipped with modern digital infrastructure (high-speed Internet, VR/AR zones, multimedia complexes), energy-efficient lighting and heating systems, as well as solutions for barrier-free access for low-mobility groups. The technical solution is characterized by combining educational and research functions with incubation support for startups, integrating environmental practices into the building itself (sorting, material reuse, energy efficiency), and creating a space that can be scaled and replicated in other communities in Ukraine.
