Currently, the existing section of the heating main consists of uninsulated steel pipelines from DN 50 to DN 150 supply and return. Pipe fittings for connecting branches are located in existing heat chambers (TC). U-shaped compensators are used to compensate for temperature loads. This work project provides for the replacement of pipelines in the area from the insertion into the existing pipeline in the premises of pumping station No. 60 (TRP-60) to the connection of branches to houses and buildings located in blocks 285-287, which includes: replacement of existing pipelines of external heating networks using pipelines pre-insulated with polyurethane foam elements with a conductive steel pipe and an outer shell of polyethylene resistant to atmospheric corrosion (according to DSTU B V.2.5-31:2007); replacement of existing pipelines of quarter heating networks using pipes and fittings made of polyethylene of increased heat resistance PE-RT type II with an external anti-diffusion layer, trademark "PROTERM", with thermal insulation layer of foamed polyurethane (PPU) and polyethylene sheath, with a working temperature of the coolant up to 95 ° C and a maximum working pressure of 1.0 MPa; replacement of existing pipelines in thermal chambers and basements using steel pipes, hot-deformed seamless (according to DSTU 8938:2019); replacement of existing and installation of new shut-off valves, compensators in thermal chambers; thermal insulation of pipelines and valves in thermal chambers and basements; repair and reconstruction of thermal chambers and construction of drainage wells at the lower points of the route; dismantling and arrangement of new impassable channels (precast reinforced concrete trays); restoration of road surfaces and sidewalks in places where external thermal network pipelines are laid; performance of landscaping and improvement works in the area of work. Connection to the existing thermal network was carried out: from inserts into the existing pipeline in the premises of pumping station No. 60 (31 Vitalia Matusevycha Street); for branches from the thermal chamber to the inner wall of residential buildings and buildings in the basement; design boundary for branches of designed pipelines that are not included in the reconstruction boundary - the wall of the thermal chamber. Temperature graph at connection points 95°-70°С, maximum design pressure in the heating network - P=1.0 MPa. Consumers connected to the designed network in terms of heat supply reliability belong to the second category. The pipelines provided for in this working project are made of: steel electrowelded pipes ST/PE 219x6/315, pre-insulated according to the DSTU B V.2.5-31:2007 standard; polyethylene pipes RE-RT type II, pre-heat-insulated pipes with sizes from 63/125 to 200/315 according to the DSTU-N B.V.-2.5-81:2015 standard. seamless hot-deformed steel pipes according to DSTU 8938: 2019 from steel 20, for diameters from DN 20 to DN 200 mm - in thermal chambers, basements; Connecting parts of pipelines are provided in thermal chambers according to DSTU 17375: 2003, from steel 20.in impassable channels according to DSTU B V.2.5-31:2007. Laying of pipelines is provided underground, in existing impassable channels/trays manufactured according to the 3.006.1-2-87 series and without channels. In places of possible location on existing thermal networks of U-shaped compensators, when laying polymer pipelines, channelless laying of pipelines is provided with laying according to the manufacturer's recommendations and arrangement of exit (input) nodes of pipelines in channels. Compensation of temperature deformations of steel pipelines of the thermal network is carried out by arrangement of U-shaped compensators. For compensators, the arrangement of the NKK-8 compensator niche is provided according to the 4.904-66 series. The arrangement of fixed supports, movable guide supports and sliding supports in impassable channels is provided using supports for pre-insulated pipelines according to DSTU B V.2.5-31:2007. The pitch of sliding supports does not exceed 12.0 m. Sliding supports are installed on support cushions according to the 3.006.1-2-87 series. The arrangement of fixed supports in thermal chambers and basements is provided according to series 4.903-10, issue 4. Compensation of temperature loads for PE-RT type II pipes, pre-insulated pipes is carried out due to the angles of the route turns and U-shaped compensators. Pipelines are laid on a sand bed 100 mm thick, followed by backfilling with sand to a height of at least 100 mm above the outer shell of the pipes. This method of laying pipes does not require the installation of sliding or fixed supports in the tray. The connection of flexible polymer pipes with a steel counterpart in the heat chamber is provided using PERT/steel transitions - welded and flanged. The installation of fixed supports in heat chambers is provided using clamp supports according to GOST 24137-80 and serves to fix the pipeline for which the transition to a flexible polymer pipe is provided. In heat chambers, pipelines are replaced on branches to consumers along with the replacement of existing pipeline fittings, including jumpers, air vents and drainage pipes. Flanged valves and valves are provided as shut-off valves, and pipeline valves for air venting and drainage. All pipelines and shut-off valves located in thermal chambers and basements must be thermally insulated with mineral wool basalt insulation 60 mm thick with a coating of foil-coated polyethylene foam insulation tape. Thermal insulation of pipeline valves is provided as removable. Ladders are provided for access to thermal chambers. (see volume 2, KTM-25.07 -AB set). Structural solutions, see drawings Volume 2 KTM-25.07 -TM.K set. When performing work: The presence and depth of laying of existing underground communications must be specified during the work. Earthworks at intersections shall be carried out manually in the presence of a representative of the operating organization. At intersections of heat networks with highways or roads, lay pipelines by excavating the highway and installing new impassable channels/cases. In thermal chambers, if necessary, pump out water and clean from debris, with subsequent removal to a landfill. Dismantled trays, floor slabs and dismantled pipelines that are in satisfactory condition shall be transferred to KPTM "Kryvorizhteplomerezha". Damaged trays and floor slabs shall be disposed of as construction waste. Preliminary and final pipeline tests shall be performed. The test pressure of the pipelines is 1.25 times the working pressure in accordance with clause 6.3.59 of the "Rules for the technical operation of thermal installations and networks". Installation, testing and insulation of pipelines shall be carried out in accordance with DBN A.3.2-2-2009 "System of occupational safety standards. Occupational health and industrial safety in construction", "Rules for the safe operation of thermomechanical equipment of power plants and thermal networks", "Rules for the technical operation of thermal installations and networks". Before starting work, it is necessary to: open an order for earthworks; disconnect all consumers from the heat network; coordinate the location of the work with all authorities. All existing water supply, sewage and gas pipeline networks that cross the heat network (when it is laid underground) above the heat network pipelines are arranged in cases 3 m long on both sides from the edge of the channel building structure. At the intersections of heat networks with gas pipelines at a distance of no more than 15 m on both sides of the gas pipeline, control tubes are provided on the heat network channel for sampling gas leaks. The project does not allow the discharge of water from pipelines at the lowest points of water heat networks directly into heat chambers. The discharge of water should be carried out from each pipe separately into drainage wells. From the drainage wells, pump directly into a tanker truck with subsequent removal by a specialized company according to the concluded contracts.
