The project provides for the implementation of a major overhaul of the basement with the aim of its further use as a simple shelter. The work includes strengthening the structures, waterproofing, installing ventilation and emergency lighting, arranging water supply, sanitary facilities, emergency exits and sealed doors, using non-combustible materials and fireproof coatings. The implementation of the project will ensure the creation of safe conditions for students and employees in emergency situations, extend the life of the premises by 15-20 years, and meet civil defense requirements.
