The technical solution involves the installation of solar power plants at the traction substations of the "High-speed Tram" power plant with the placement of photovoltaic modules on the roofs of buildings and within the adjacent territory of the substations in combination with electrical energy storage systems (storage batteries). The generated electrical energy is integrated into the internal electrical networks of the substations through inverter equipment and used to cover their own technological and economic needs (control, automation, lighting, ventilation, communication and security systems). Excess electricity is accumulated in battery systems with the possibility of further use during periods of lack of generation or interruptions with external power supply, which ensures the backup of critical loads of the substations
