The project provides for ensuring the safe stay of patients and medical institution personnel on the territory of the protective structure in the event of a threat to their life and health; creating the necessary conditions for providing highly qualified medical care and surgical interventions in the premises of the protective structure to patients with acute emergencies or exacerbation of chronic diseases that require urgent surgical measures and intensive postoperative care; providing emergency medical care to seriously ill patients; organizing the work of the protective structure in accordance with sanitary and hygienic standards; introducing progressive methods of treatment in martial law.
