Current renovation of a healthcare facility department
The reconstruction of the building (letter A-7) of the KNP KMR "TsPMSD No. 3" at 23 Budivelnykiv Boulevard in Kamianske involves a set of works aimed at updating and improving the functionality of the facility. Main stages and technical solutions Strengthening of structures. To ensure the durability and safety of the building, work will be carried out to strengthen the load-bearing elements, in particular the foundation and walls. This includes the use of modern materials and technologies. Thermal modernization. In order to increase the energy efficiency of the building, which will reduce heating costs, it is planned to insulate the facade, roof and basement. New energy-saving windows and doors will be installed. Renewal of engineering networks. A complete replacement of the internal water supply, sewage, heating, ventilation and electrical networks is planned. This will ensure reliability and safety of operation, and will also allow the introduction of modern technologies, in particular the installation of an individual heating point. Interior and exterior decoration. After the completion of the main works, interior finishing works will be carried out that meet modern sanitary standards and requirements. The exterior decoration of the facade will be carried out taking into account the updated architectural style and using durable materials. Landscaping update. The area around the building will also be updated: access roads, sidewalks, outdoor lighting and landscaping elements will be installed. This will make the space more comfortable and accessible for patients and staff. The technical solutions adopted in the project meet the requirements of environmental, sanitary and hygienic, fire protection and other applicable norms and rules and ensure the operation of the building in compliance with the measures provided for by the project. The project provides for the decoration of the facades of the building, which includes: insulation of external wall enclosing structures; installation of porches, canopies, energy-saving windows and doors. Interior finishing works Interior works will be carried out in accordance with the "Information on the decoration of premises" and " Flooring specificationsFloorsIt is planned to dismantle the existing floor covering of the building made of linoleum and PVC tiles, wooden’plinths. It is planned to install a new covering made of semi-commercial linoleum and polyvinyl chloride plinths on screws. Existing walls and partitionsIt is planned to partially cleaning the walls from the existing plaster finish, ceramic tiles. It is planned to install a new finish with plasterboard sheets, finish with ceramic tiles and paint with water-based paint in accordance with the purpose of the premises. Partitions are newly arranged. Partitions are made of silicate brick and KNAUF TM gypsum plasterboard using galvanized profiles with plasterboard cladding in one layer on both sides with a soundproofing layer of mineral wool 150 mm thick. It is planned to finish with water-based paint or facing with ceramic tiles in the bathrooms. Modular plastic partitions are installed on the 1st floor. Ceiling Suspended ceiling system using KNAUF P113 and ARMSTRONG plasterboard systems, in technical rooms - painting water-based paint. Ceilings are made of environmentally friendly, noise-absorbing, non-porous, resistant to cleaning and disinfection by chemical means materials intended for use in healthcare facilities.Windows.Replacement of existing windows with modern energy-saving metal-plastic systems.Doors.Internal metal-plastic doors made of PVC profile - glazed or deaf.In accordance with the requirements of DBN V.2.2-40:2018 "Inclusivity of buildings and structures", the project provides for bathrooms for disabled people on separate floors, equipped with handrails and convenient devices. For the convenience of movement of low-mobility groups of the population, the width of some doorways has been changed. Drawings have been developed for expanding doorways in existing brick partitions and walls, and installing new openings in capital walls. Metal doors are installed above the openings jumpers, openings framed with metal structures. Energy-saving measures of the facility: Installation of facade insulation; Installation of insulation and decoration of window and door slopes; Installation of insulation and decoration of the basement; Installation of insulation and decoration of foundations to a depth of 1000 mm and ceilings; Installation of new window and door blocks; External and vestibule doors are equipped with door devices for self-closing and seals made of porous rubber. It is planned to replace the existing heating network with the installation of ITP. Installation of "Kermi" steel heating radiators in hygienic design. The heating system pipelines are made of "Ekoplastik" polypropylene pipes. To regulate heat consumption, heating devices are equipped with automatic air temperature regulators and bypass chokes. Installation of internal ventilation and air conditioning networks. It provides for the installation of internal water supply and sewage networks. It is planned to replace the electrical wiring of working, emergency and evacuation lighting. The installation of the lightning rod system is designed using the methods of protective grid and protective angle. Replacement of two elevators of the institution. The project provides for the arrangement of a dual-purpose protective structure (DPS) in the basement floor - with the protective properties of an anti-radiation shelter.
