The state vocational and technical educational institution "Dnipro Regional Center for Vocational and Technical Education" plans to create a new space for modern food technologies. The Center will train qualified workers in the professions of "Chef", "Confectioner", "Educational Institution Cook", "Dough Maker", "Baker". The new space is planned to be equipped with modern energy-efficient and multifunctional equipment, namely: combi steamers, induction cookers, contact grills, a marmite, as well as a vacuum packaging machine, refrigerators and freezers, planetary and thermo mixers; stainless steel furniture: tables, sinks, racks, tools and dishes. The current condition of the premises for organizing a training and practical center requires replacement and repair of water supply and sewage networks, heat supply, electricity supply, installation of a ventilation system, finishing works of the premises, namely: floors, steel, walls with replacement of doors and windows.
