The municipal institution "Dnipro Center for Vocational and Technical Education of Tourist Service" of the Dnipro City Council plans to reconstruct the fourth and fifth floors of the educational building in order to create a dormitory. The main works that need to be performed to repurpose the building: · Replacement and repair of engineering communications: o water supply; o sewerage; o heating; o electricity; o ventilation system installation. · Interior finishing works: o floor, ceiling, wall repair; o replacement of doors and windows. · Redevelopment of premises (if necessary): o for the arrangement of living rooms, bathrooms, common kitchens and other premises necessary for living. · Equipping the dormitory: o with the necessary residential and multifunctional equipment. This project will create comfortable living conditions for students of the institution, which will help increase the accessibility and attractiveness of professional education in the field of tourism services.
