The project provides for a major overhaul of the roof of the House of Culture, namely: dismantling the roof covering made of asbestos-cement corrugated sheets; replacing the wood of the existing rafter system elements that have lost their load-bearing capacity and laths; installing a new roof covering made of metal profiles; installing snow retainers; installing a roof fence; installing a water drainage system; protecting structures from corrosion, rotting and burning.
